Satisfied. I purchased this cord to replace the short cord that comes on a new phone. I have owned it only two months, but so far, no problem with it.
Although another reviewer said it was not a good quality cord, I did not find that to be true. When I found this one for a few pennies over three bucks and free shipping (prime), I had to go for it. It is serving its intended purpose and doing so quite well. I have a wall phone in my laundry room and did not like having to stay within 2 feet of the phone in order to use it. I also did not want to spend much to put a longer handset cord on there, either, especially since it is in the laundry room.
My Mom refuses to use a cordless phone, she loves this cord. Phone cord is good. Stays coiled nicely, but is really long when you need it.
I was expecting a better quality, but is was not to be.The sellers were very pleasant, though.
Still, I needed to attach 25 foot cords to the phone, and now I have mobility as well. I got so sick of those expensive cordless phones needing equally expensive batteries every two years or so, so I got rid of all the cordless phones in the house and replaced them with corded phones. Yes, they still make corded phones with caller id and answering machines included.
